Accommodation

Vår Gård offers a total of 128 rooms, all of which have been reserved exclusively for our conference. To secure your accommodation, we recommend booking early, as rooms will be allocated on a “first-come, first-served” basis.

Once all rooms at Vår Gård have been fully booked, additional participants will be accommodated at Home Hotel Tapetfabriken.

Congress only

  • Early bird fee:  4800 SEK     2/5 – 2/6

  • Regular fee: 5200 SEK     1/6 – 16/8

  • Late Fee: 5500 SEK        18/8 – 31/8

  • The price includes 25% VAT.

  • This ticket includes congress fee and coffee, lunch, and dinner on September 18th.

  • Accommodation is not included.

Congress and Accommodation

  • Early bird fee: 8300 SEK 2/5 – 2/6

  • Regular fee: 9700 SEK  1/6 – 16/8

  • Late fee:  10 500 SEK  17/8 – 31/8

  • The price includes 25% VAT.

  • This ticket includes the congress fee, coffee breaks, lunch, dinner on both  the 17th and 18th of September, and accommodation with breakfast.
  • Rooms will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

Practical information


Parking:


If you arrive by car, there is free parking near the main building
and also charging stations for electric cars.


Check-in and check-out:
Check-in time is guaranteed from 15:00.
Check-out is by 09:00 on the day of departure.


Breakfast is served:

Cancellation policy:


The registration is binding. There is no refund for cancellations after registration is made.


If you are not able to participate, you are welcome to give your spot to a colleague/friend. Please contact the conference secretariat if you want to change your name and participation for another person.
