Congress only

  • Early bird fee:  4800 SEK     2/5 – 2/6

  • Regular fee: 5200 SEK     1/6 – 16/8

  • Late Fee: 5500 SEK        18/8 – 31/8

  • The price include 25% VAT.

  • This ticket includes congress fee and coffee, lunch and dinner on September 18th.

  • No accommodation included.

Congress and Accommodation

  • Early bird fee: 8300 SEK 2/5 – 2/6

  • Regular fee: 9700 SEK  1/6 – 16/8

  • Late fee:  10 500 SEK  17/8 – 31/8

  • The price includes 25% VAT.

  • This ticket includes the congress fee, coffee breaks, lunch, dinner both 17th and 18th of September, and accommodation with breakfast.
  • Rooms will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

Participants from Sweden


Participants from Sweden can choose to pay either by credit card or invoice. Invoices will be sent as electronic invoices (e-faktura) when possible, or as PDF attachments via email.


Participants from outside Sweden


All payments must be made in SEK (Swedish Krona). Payments can be made via credit card or bank transfer (invoice). Bank transfer is available until 23 July 2025.


Invoice for bank transfer


Upon selecting this payment method, an invoice with bank transfer details (such as bank account number, IBAN, etc.) will be sent. The invoice is generated manually and is typically sent within a few days of registration.


The participant/payee is responsible for any bank charges or fees related to the payment.


Credit card payment


We accept the following credit cards: VISA and Mastercard.


For your security, our payment system is integrated with 3D Secure to protect online transactions. Your card must be enrolled in Verified by Visa or Mastercard SecureCode. If you’re unsure whether your card is connected, please contact your bank for confirmation and guidance on how to enroll.

			

				
				
				
				
				
According to Swedish and EU legislation, 25% Swedish VAT will be added to all registration fees. This according to EU legislation and regulation for conferences and events (C-647/17, EU:C:2019:195, of 13 March 2019 and Article 53 of Council Directive 2006/112/EC of 28 November 2016) VAT is paid in the country where services are rendered, e.g. the country in which the conference takes place.


Exception: Swedish participants from governmental public sector organizations “statliga myndigheter” (e.g., universities, governmental agencies): No VAT will be added. In this case, you must choose Invoice (Swedish billing address only) as the payment mode and provide the VAT number of your employer.


For payment by credit card, VAT will always be charged, also for participants from “statliga myndigheter”.

			

				
				
				
				
				
Cancellation  conditions


The registration is binding. There is no refund for cancellations after registration is made.


Change of Name


If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to someone else at no additional cost. Please contact the conference secretariat if you wish to make this change.
